When a man first begins to see a girl, his whole personality is lighter and the inner romantic comes out.  A man who wants to win a woman’s heart tries everything to become her number one.  A man will bring flowers, chocolates and have wonderful dates.  Unfortunately after some time the romance dims and being with someone just becomes comfortable.  The length between each romantic thing that is done becomes a longer time until eventually the only time we think about romance is on Valentine’s Day

The problem is that often when a man thinks of romance he thinks of the connection to the desired result – sex.  Now this may be because women often say ‘if only a man would show me more romance’.  However, a man should not so much focus on ‘how to make your wife want sex” as being the result of the romance but be happy if the end result is just making your partner smile.

One thing you need to know is that you don’t have to go all out to be romantic, yes you could spend hours and hours doing preparations for an evening she will never forget, but you must remember that it’s the surprise factor that really wows a woman.  All they want is to be shown that they are loved and appreciated.

The following are a few ideas to get you started on the road to romance!

1          Flower Power – now I know I just said that these are creative ideas so read on.  You can buy cheap vases and the same amount of flowers and place one flower in each vase and put them all over the house – even in cupboards, places you know she goes to every single day.  On each vase, attach a small note telling her something you really love about her!  Don’t tell her about them – just let her find them in her own time.

2          Quotes for your girl – Find the best of the best romantic quotes on the internet.  Print them out and individually cut them out.  Stick them up all over the house – anywhere you like.  Sometimes we find we don’t have the words to say what we want to so you can use this idea.  However, if you have some words then check out the next idea.

3          Romantic Prose – How are you with the written word?  Think of what you love about your girl, and write it down in a poem.  It doesn’t have to be the work of a mastermind, it just has to be from the heart!

4          Songs – Perhaps you have a voice that needs to be heard.  If you do – sing your girls favourite song to her – either in person, or record it for her.

5          Communication – You could always leave a romantic message on her answer phone, or email her or even use snail mail and send her an old fashioned love letter.

6          Picnic – Pick a beautiful day and take her out for a romantic picnic in the park, or if it’s winter – how bout in front of your own roaring fire place?

7          Hearts – Find as many types of hearts as you, chocolate, paper, plastic and hide them all over the place, it doesn’t matter where.  Every time she sees one, she will think of you.

If you think romance consists of telling your wife to roll over in the middle of the night because you woke up with an erection, try again. Every single woman loves nothing more to spend romantic time alone with her lover before collapsing into the throws of passion. To make your wife want more sex, try getting creative with a few spur of the moment romantic outings. A romantic evening doesn’t have to cost a lot of money, actually, it doesn’t even need to take place at night. All romance means is that you’re prepared a designated time in which you and your wife are meant to connect on a deeper level, all by yourselves. Women often feel neglected, so to surprise her with an activity that meant you had to be thinking about her in advance will thrill her beyond belief. Naturally, the time you spend together will likely be non-sexual in nature, but it will be obvious that intercourse will be appearing later on the menu.

Try making a meal that includes all of her favorite foods, a night bottle of wine, some candles and a new rented movie. You’ll definitely impress her by cooking her favorite meal, probably even if you destroy the kitchen in the process. After downing an entire bottle of wine and ending the evening while watching a movie, it’s safe to say that you’ll end up fooling around on the couch before heading to the bedroom. Not only will you wake up to a big smile in the morning, you probably just won yourself a ticket to a repeat performance.
